Jan Stanovnik, Founder & CEO.

Responsible for daily operation and expansion.

A capable and highly effective leader with demonstrated success in building mid-size and large organisations, motivating teams, and driving business development, with extensive experience in European Executive Management in Direct Selling.

Mr. Stanovnik has a unique mix of skills and experiences, making him the ideal company leader. He has strong lifelong education, including professional engineering, with both an MBA and MSc in Management and Sales. His master thesis, “The Model for identifying main reasons for sales outsourcing vendor selection within the food and non-alcoholic beverage industry,” and his entrepreneurial experiences set him up for 12 years as visiting lecturer at the Lee Iacocca Institute of Lehigh University in the United States. He has 30 years of business and living experience in the United Kingdom, Slovenia, Canada, and the United States, including Project Management and Leadership, Sales and Business Development, along with General Management and Operations. Mr. Stanovnik has led the multinational direct-selling company Sunrider International in Europe and built an international marketing business across 40 countries in the Wellness sectors for Kyani Inc., working with over 20,000 distributors for which Mr. Stanovnik received the Kyani Global Top Performer 2012 Award.

Mr.  Stanovnik uses research and analytics to identify challenges and opportunities in business and, from that, to determine the best way forward to achieve success. He uses strong project management to ensure operational and commercial targets are achieved to the best quality, delivery, execution, budget, and timescale. He also uses inherent interpersonal skills, honed over two decades, to motivate, excite and persuade individuals and teams to maximize performance. Mr. Stanovnik has vision, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills to empower and inspire success.
